mid-market businesses

Companies that have moved beyond survival and now need structured finance, clearer strategy, and a stronger market presence to scale confidently.

Regional and family
groups / conglomerates

Multi-business families and groups looking to modernise operations, launch new ventures, or align legacy assets with future growth.

International entrants
into the GCC

Global firms and startups entering the GCC who need local insight, the right structure, and a credible brand and go-to-market plan.

Corporate innovation units and
new ventures

HOW WE WORK

We operate as an embedded partner, not a distant vendor.

Discover & Diagnose

We listen first: understanding your markets, numbers, constraints and ambitions before proposing solutions.

Design & Align

We co-create a clear roadmap that connects strategy, finance, brand, technology and delivery into one coherent plan.

Build & Implement

We turn plans into action through disciplined execution across analytics, engineering, technology and go-to-market.

Monitor & Optimise

We track results, refine what works and course-correct quickly, ensuring decisions are data-led and commercially sound.

HOW WE ENGAGE

We offer flexible engagement models that meet you where you are, whether you need a focused project, ongoing advisory support, or a co-build partner.

PROJECT BASED

Clearly scoped initiatives with defined outcomes and timelines such as market entry, financial restructuring, brand resets or technology rollouts. Ideal when you know the problem, need a plan, and want us to stay through execution.

Retainer / Advisory

Ongoing support for leadership across finance, strategy, brand and technology. We act as an extension of your senior team, joining key conversations, reviewing decisions and keeping execution aligned with the bigger picture.

Venture / Co-Build

Selective partnerships where we take a stake in the outcome, combining fees with performance or equity. Best suited for new ventures, products or business lines where both sides are willing to share risk and upside.

Diagnostic AND Strategy Sprints

Short, intensive engagements focused on clarity: rapid diagnosis, stakeholder workshops and a practical roadmap. Designed for teams who need to align fast before committing budget to larger projects.

Swagat Group

challenge

Despite a strong legacy since 1984 and a trusted reputation across transport, conventions and catering, Swagat Group had a fragmented visual identity and inconsistent messaging. The brand did not fully reflect its heritage of hospitality and reliability, nor was it ready for a cohesive digital presence across its three divisions.

APPROACH

We mapped Swagat’s journey and values, codified a clear essence around welcome and reliability, then created a unified logo family with division lockups. We applied the identity across key touchpoints and designed a focused 90-day rollout plan covering assets, website, social presence, launch event and basic ongoing brand KPI tracking.

result

Swagat Group gained a unified, future-ready brand architecture that links transport, convention and catering under one recognisable identity. The new logo family, messaging and applications gave internal teams a clear framework, simplified marketing execution, improved perceived professionalism, and created a stronger platform for digital presence, expansion and partnership discussions regionally.

Ryntal Proptech

challenge

Ryntal is an early-stage PropTech x FinTech built around a “Rent Now, Pay Later” model. The founders needed a credible brand identity, a rigorous business study using real market data, and a realistic app development roadmap with cost estimates to support investor conversations and technical vendor selection.

APPROACH

We clarified Ryntal’s value proposition, crafted a cohesive brand identity and then built a structured business study using current rental, credit and RNPL benchmarks. In parallel, we outlined the core app feature set, user flows and tech requirements, produced a phased cost estimate, and connected the team to vetted development partners.

result

Ryntal emerged with a clear brand, investor-ready narrative and numbers, and a practical technology roadmap. The founders gained visibility on market size, unit economics, build and run costs, plus a shortlist of suitable app development companies allowing them to pitch confidently, refine their MVP scope and plan a staged rollout.

Sarafy Digital Wallet

challenge

Sarafy is a P2P payment and digital wallet app for Saudi Arabia, inspired by Venmo and aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The founders needed a distinctive brand, a data-backed business study for the KSA payments landscape, and a realistic app development roadmap and cost model to support investor pitches and vendor discussions.

APPROACH

We defined Sarafy’s positioning around social, simple and Shariah-aligned payments, then built a modern brand identity. Using current KSA digital payments and fintech adoption data, we modelled market size and core economics. We mapped key app features and flows, produced a phased build-cost estimate and introduced the team to vetted development partners.

result

Sarafy gained a clear visual identity, a compelling product story and a robust financial and market narrative for Saudi stakeholders. The founders left with a structured technology roadmap, realistic budget expectations and credible reference partners, enabling them to refine their MVP, approach investors and engage development companies with far greater confidence.

jv one

challenge

JV One, an Indian firm offering value-added services such as regional and global market research and opportunity scanning, lacked a cohesive brand identity. Their complex, B2B service offering was difficult to communicate consistently, and existing materials did not reflect the professionalism or clarity expected by corporate and institutional clients.

APPROACH

We clarified JV One’s value proposition and core audiences, then developed a clean visual identity and brand language suited to research-driven, B2B decision makers. We built a complete brand toolkit - guidelines, stationery, infographic styles and marketing collateral templates, so every presentation, proposal and touchpoint could reinforce the same professional, insight-led positioning.

result

JV One gained a consistent, credible brand presence that made it easier to explain their services and differentiate from generic consultancies. The toolkit reduced ad-hoc design work, improved the quality of proposals and presentations, and helped position the company as a serious, data-informed partner for clients exploring new markets and opportunities.

Cognizance

challenge

Unitech wanted a structured internal newsletter but had no clear concept, name or design system. Internal updates were scattered across emails and ad-hoc PDFs, making it hard to create consistency or engagement. They needed a recognisable internal publication that could carry news, wins and key messages to staff across regions every month.

APPROACH

We proposed the name “Cognizance”, developed its visual identity and layout framework, and set a simple content structure for each issue. Every month we curated topics, drafted and refined articles, gathered inputs from departments, then designed the full newsletter and handed print-ready and digital files to Unitech’s marketing team for circulation.

result

Unitech gained a distinct, professional internal newsletter that staff could recognise and look forward to. “Cognizance” became a central channel for sharing updates, successes and initiatives, while the repeatable template and content flow reduced production friction and helped the marketing team maintain a consistent internal communication rhythm across the organisation.

Afifa Saqib

challenge

A young, emerging fashion designer in Manchester, Afifa Saqib needed a distinctive visual identity to stand out in a crowded, niche market. Her story and aesthetic were clear in her work, but not yet translated into a recognisable brand that could carry her name, values and style into lookbooks, social media and collaborations.

APPROACH

We studied Afifa’s collections, inspirations and target audience, then distilled her design language into a refined logo, monogram and supporting visual system. We built a compact brand toolkit, color palette, typography, layout direction and usage guidelines - tailored for digital and print so her brand could stay consistent across tags, packaging, social feeds and portfolios.

result

Afifa gained a cohesive, professional identity that visually matched the quality of her work and made her name instantly more memorable. The new logo and toolkit helped her present a unified image to buyers, collaborators and clients, strengthening brand recognition and giving her a solid foundation for future campaigns, lookbooks and online presence.

LOOKBOOK

challenge

Lookbook, a successful Pakistan-based fashion catalogue aggregating 68+ designers, needed a logo that instantly conveyed expertise and credibility in fashion. Their existing presence lacked a distinctive mark that could stand the test of time, work in minimal colours and signal both curation and culture to designers, shoppers and industry partners.

APPROACH

We unpacked Lookbook’s role as a curator of many designers into a simple, memorable visual idea with a verbal connotation. The logo was crafted to be elegant, legible and effective in a maximum of two colours, supported by a restrained palette and visual elements designed to spark curiosity about the fashion world it represents.

result

Lookbook gained a timeless, easily recognisable mark that reinforces its position as an experienced, fashion-focused platform. The new identity improved perceived professionalism, translated cleanly across digital and print, and gave the brand a stronger visual anchor for future growth, partnerships and marketing across Pakistan’s evolving online fashion ecosystem.

Alainz Signature

challenge

Alainz Signature Holiday Homes was expanding its short-stay portfolio in Dubai but lacked a distinctive, consistent brand to tie its properties together. Listings, visuals and messaging felt generic, making it harder to stand out in crowded platforms and to communicate a clear promise of “signature” quality and hosted, family-driven hospitality.

APPROACH

We defined the brand story around curated, homely stays with hotel-level care, then created a visual identity system - logo, colour palette, typography and photographic direction, suited to both digital listings and on-site touchpoints. We designed templates for property presentations, OTA listings, signage and guest materials to keep every new unit on-brand with minimal effort.

result

Alainz Signature Holiday Homes gained a cohesive, recognisable identity that could stretch across current and future properties. The new branding made listings feel more premium and consistent, simplified marketing and onboarding of new units, and provided a professional foundation for partnerships with owners, agents and guests seeking reliable, well-presented holiday homes in Dubai.
